Community participation and feedback

Summary of what the platform focuses on and how participation and completion look to date.

What we focus on

Lock in with Olúmáyòwá runs structured learning cycles in four focus areas: DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure, SOC Analyst & Cybersecurity Operations, Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing, and Cybersecurity GRC & Compliance. The focus is mentor-led delivery with structured weekly milestones, practical labs, and applied projects.

How programmes run

Programmes are cohort-based with defined start and end dates. Participants take part in weekly mentor-led sessions and reviews, complete practical labs and applied projects with deadlines, and work in small peer groups. Mentors give ongoing feedback, and support is available for questions between sessions. Each programme has clear completion requirements.

Participation and completion

These figures reflect community participation and feedback.

Participation and completion to date across the four specialisation tracks:

  • • 420+ learners enrolled (2023–2026)
  • • 89% completion rate
  • • 28+ countries represented

How the community works

  • • Weekly mentor-led sessions via Webex
  • • Hands-on labs and applied projects
